Traditional Kashmiri Mix basaar (curry masala ) is a must have to create the perfect curry. The masala is hand blended with 18 selection of spices and herbs to create my mum's Kashmiri recipe which was perfected by many generations of our families in Azaad Kashmir. This is the only spice blend you need to create my mum's perfect curries.
Can be used with meat,fish and vegetable curries.
